If you have a complaint about any aspect of HMCPSI service, please get in touch using the complaints procedure. Please be aware that HMCPSI cannot deal with specific complaints about the CPS or other prosecuting bodies.
Charging regimes and policies
HMCPSI does not charge for its services. Information on our website can be freely downloaded. HMCPSI may make an administrative charge for producing printed copies, for instance where large volumes are requested. All charges will be notified beforehand. Please contact HMCPSI for further information.
